Helios FIB-SEM Dual Beam Automation

About the Event

This one-day workshop will include a combination of informative presentations and live instrument demonstrations. We will explore the automated features that are available for use on the FIB-SEM system which include: AutoTEM, Slice & View, Image Maps, NanoBuilder, and Python scripting. There will be time for discussion of your own project goals and/or difficulties with the applications specialist if desired.
